I've worked in a variety of settings in addition to my private practice The University of Texas at Austin's Counseling and Mental Health Center; Resources for Living and Aetna Employee Assistance Program; The Children's Bereavement Center of South Texas; a community based counseling center, a crisis shelter, a independent living program, and a school and residence for severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents.

INSURANCE:

I am no longer accepting new Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and EPO (i.e. non-HMO) insurance clients, as I expect to be transitioning off the insurance panel.

I can provide you with an appropriately coded invoice if you would like to seek reimbursement through Out-of-Network benefits with an insurance plan not mentioned above.

Please check with your insurance plan if you need an explanation of your current benefits (such as co-pay or co-insurance rates, deductibles, benefits, Out of Network benefits, number of sessions allowed) as plan benefits vary widely within a given insurance company's offerings.

FEES:

For my private pay clients, my regular fee is $125.00 per 55 minute session.

I also offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for those clients paying out of pocket for whom this fee represents a financial hardship. As of August 2019 these spots are currently full.

Longer sessions may be available for an additional charge.

FORMS OF PAYMENT:

I accept cash, checks and credit cards in my office, and can provide invoices and receipts via Paypal.

Payments are due at time of service or prior to the session.
